Vyopta Announces Upcoming Support for Microsoft Teams at Microsoft Ignite

AUSTIN, TX — November 4, 2019 —  Vyopta, a leader in monitoring and analytics for Unified Communications and Collaboration Spaces, announces upcoming support for Microsoft Teams this week at Microsoft Ignite 2019 in Orlando.  

With support across technologies from a myriad of UC vendors, Vyopta provides enterprises with visibility to manage performance across mixed environments, proactively ensure UC reliability and quality,  measure adoption and user engagement, and accelerate UC technology refreshes.   

One of only a handful of vendors participating in Microsoft’s Call Data API Technology Adoption Program (TAP), Vyopta is working closely as a Microsoft technology partner to provide quality metrics and adoption analytics for both Microsoft Teams and Skype for Business Online, capabilities which will be publicly available in the first half of 2020.  The functionality can be previewed at Vyopta’s booth # 2640 at this week’s Microsoft Ignite. Vyopta will release an API to export key metrics and analytical insights to platforms such as Power BI and other analytics and visualization platforms for UC organizations to leverage this fall.
